Trade unions worldwide celebrate the World Day for Decent Work (WDDW) for the 11th time on 7 October asking attention for decent work worldwide. CNV International shares a video about social dialogue. "A good conversation is the beginning of all improvements on the work floor," says CNV International Chairman Arend van Wijngaarden.

Social dialogue - between trade unions, employers and often also the government - is at the heart of the work of CNV International. "It's about constructively and respectfully speaking to each other, a listening ear and an honest discussion about each other's interests," says Van Wijngaarden.

"Social dialogue gives a voice to workers who are often not heard. So that we can work together towards a better future for everyone. "
