The global energy transition is having a major impact on the countries from which we import metals and coal. The new, often hidden, due diligence risks caused by the transition are often impossible to identify using traditional approaches.
Members of the Dutch IMVO convenant for the metal sector organised a webinar. Experts from Europe and Latin America discussed various scenarios for the transition and explored their impact on workers and local communities.
