Sustainable Textiles Lab Living Wage

Living wage is the minimum income necessary for workers to meet their basic needs and provide for their families. A clear definition, but in practice living wage is a complex topic. How can you measure living wage? How much does it cost to implement it in the supply chain?

Learn more from experts in the field

Living wage: Beyond a number, towards concrete action for brand and factories will be the main topic of our third Sustainable Textiles Lab. Learn more from experts in the field, such as Elin Åström (H&M), Marieke Weemaes (Expresso Fashion), Erica van Doorn (Fair Wear Foundation) and Carlyn Smit (Solidaridad). The speakers will share their experiences and successes. By offering a mix of short presentations, a House of Commons style debate and excellent networking opportunities, we provide an informative and interactive programme.
Sustainable Textile Labs is a series of short seminars to help you work towards a more sustainable supply chain. It's an initiative of Solidaridad, Plan van Aanpak verduurzaming Nederlandse textiel- en kledingsector and Schuttelaar & Partners. CNV Internationaal joined for this third edition of the Sustainable Textile Labs.
